Learning Resource

There are a range of resources out there designed to help individuals in the learning process, which can range from books to websites and workshops that might be at hand at locations such as libraries or community centres.
One major resource that is at the tip of most people’s fingertips is Wikipedia, the user generated online encyclopaedia that many turn to immediately when they want to read up on a topic or clarify an issue. Wikipedia has provided an unrivalled resource that provides a whole wealth of knowledge to users that people would not have thought possible in the past.
But learning goes beyond simply reading up on a topic, which is why there are a wealth of other resources that aim to help educate people. There are those who require more than reading to retain information and this is why organisations such as the BBC provide learning resources to users. This is one of the more widely documented forms of learning resource, known to many as BBC Bitesize. This site aims to provide users with a range of study guides for those studying for GCSE exams and other forms of qualifications that people study for in England, Wales and Scotland.
Over the years BBC Bitesize has taken on many different forms and offered a range of different services in the aim of providing an unbeatable service, including interactive television shows that air in the middle of the night (with the aim being to record them to view the next day). As well as this, they have provided various online games and quizzes, whilst the BBC Bitesize website also features a range of other services.
But outside of the BBC, there are still many other learning resources out there, many that exist away from the internet and instead take the form of community services provided by libraries or other institutions that can help in learning and education. Various classes might take place in these environments and when such classes are not underway, the library itself may provide a suitable environment in which people can learn and study.
Learning is a part of the human experience and many people will say that we never stop learning, making resources that help us along the way instantly valuable.
